Order Confirmation

When your order is received, you will get a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address on your order form. Orders will be shipped within one business day unless otherwise notified. If we are out-of-stock on an item, we will notify you by e-mail and advise you of the approximate shipping date. If the projected shipping date is unacceptable to you, we will cancel your order and refund any payment.

Returning Fox Family Potato Chips

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you would like to return an item, please e-mail our customer service department at customerservice@foxpotatochips.com.

1. We will not accept returns purchased from a retailer other than Foxpotatochips.com. If you purchased a product from a store, please return it to where it was purchased.

2. We will not accept opened packages of our products.
